Adult Bible Study

Here at Blessed Sacrament Parish on Monday nights, we have a Bible study group.  Our little group, a family actually, spends time discussing the upcoming week’s readings.  We discuss the political climate at the time of the reading, discuss the author of the readings, and try to apply the message of old to our current times.  From there, our discussions go to wherever the Holy Spirit leads us.

Our family is like a Small Christian Community with added stuff.  The added stuff is a place where people can struggle with their issues of Faith, a place where we can disagree and discuss, a place where we often times discuss literature.  No topic or ideas are off-limits.  This Bible Study isn’t for everyone, but if it sounds like your cup of tea, please join us from 7 – 8:30 PM on Monday nights in the teacher’s lounge at Blessed Sacrament School.  For more information, contact Brent Sowards at 727-743-7601.
